空壓機(jī)油的更換正確方法步驟

空壓機(jī)正確的換油步驟如下 ：

第一步： 開機(jī)并運(yùn)行到正常溫度持續(xù)一小時(shí)；

第二步： 關(guān)機(jī)；

第三步： 排去油箱， 冷卻器和所有過濾器中的油；

第四步： 加入新更換的油至運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)所需的較小油量(如：1/2容積)；

第五步： 開機(jī)并運(yùn)行到正常操作溫度持續(xù)一小時(shí)。在這一小時(shí)中， 每15分鐘開啟并關(guān)閉排氣閥讓機(jī)器在較高壓力和較低壓力閥門設(shè)置下循環(huán)；

第六步： 關(guān)機(jī)；

第七步： 排去冷卻器，油箱和所有過濾器中的油；

第八步： 加入新更換的油至1\/2容積；

第九步： 繼續(xù)第五步；

第十步： 關(guān)機(jī)；

*十一步： 排去整部機(jī)器中的油，包括冷卻器， 油箱和過濾器。如有必要卸下管道以除去低處的油。清潔濾網(wǎng)，更換分離器和所有非*式的油濾器。檢查進(jìn)口過濾器被污染油覆蓋的情況，視情況適當(dāng)更換；

*十二步： 加入推薦需更換的油至運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)所需的較小油量；

*十三步： 開機(jī)并運(yùn)行到正常溫度持續(xù)15分鐘；

*十四步： 關(guān)機(jī)并排掉機(jī)器內(nèi)的油。開空過濾器和過濾網(wǎng)， 但不用更換；

*十五步： 你推薦的油品加入機(jī)器至正常油位；

*十六步： 重新開機(jī)并注意油位。當(dāng)機(jī)器操作時(shí)觀察窗內(nèi)會(huì)有約1/2油；

*十七步： 關(guān)機(jī)后的2分鐘內(nèi)泡沫能夠分散至油位并且沒有油從泄流閥中流出。

The first step: start and run to the normal temperature for an hour;

The third step: to drain the fuel tank, cooler and all the oil filter;

The fourth step: the minimum oil adding new oil to run the required quantity(such as: 1/2 volume);

The fifth step: start and run to the normal operating temperature for an hour.In this one hour, every 15 minutes to open and close the exhaust valve to allow the machine cycle in the maximum pressure and the minimum pressurevalve setting;

The sixth step: shutdown;

The seventh step: the drain cooler, oil tank and oil in all filters;

The eighth step: add oil to 1\/2 volume replacement;

The ninth step to the fifth step;

The tenth step: shutdown;

The eleventh step: row whole machine oil, including cooler, oil tank and filter.Remove the pipeline to remove the lower oil if necessary. Clean filter,replacement of separator and all non permanent type oil filter. Check inlet filtercontaminated oil covered, as appropriate to replace;

The twelfth step: add the recommended minimum oil needs to replace the oil torun the required amount;

The thirteenth step: start and run to the normal temperature for 15 minutes;

The fourteenth step: off side by side fall in oil machine. Open air filter andfilter, but without replacement;

The fifteenth step: you recommended oil adding machine to normal level;

The sixteenth step: Reboot and notice the oil. When the machine is operatingin the observation window will be about 1/2 oil;

The seventeenth step: 2 minutes after shutdown can be dispersed bubble to oil and no oil flow from the discharge valve.
