ZJ**細(xì)**微粉碎機蒸氣雙噴扁平氣流粉碎機是我公司根據(jù)鈦白粉的粉碎要求，即粒度分布窄、夾雜增加少、分散性好；以及鈦白粉物料粘度高、流動性差、粒度細(xì)且容易附壁等特性，開發(fā)出的鈦白粉較終粉磨**汽流粉碎機。

目前國內(nèi)外鈦白生產(chǎn)廠家均選用具有自分級功能的扁平式（亦稱水平圓盤式）氣流粉碎機作為鈦白粉的較終粉碎設(shè)備；并且使用過熱蒸汽為粉碎工質(zhì)，在高溫狀況下粉碎，可提高鈦白粉的應(yīng)用分散性，增加鈦白粉的流動性。能耗低，僅為壓縮空氣的 1/3～2/3。

使用ZJ蒸氣雙噴扁平氣流粉碎機，可在粉碎的同時，加入**助劑，對鈦白粉進(jìn)行表面**改性，以增加鈦白粉在不同應(yīng)用體系中的分散性。 作為氣流粉碎的較重要設(shè)備，氣流粉碎機的好壞直接決定產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。故要求氣流粉碎機設(shè)計合理、制作精良、沖擊動能大、分級效果好、抗磨損、耐高溫。

設(shè)備特點: 

與傳統(tǒng)的扁平式氣流粉碎機相比，有了很大的改進(jìn)及提高，該機充分利用了過熱蒸汽的全部能量，物料在同一臺設(shè)備內(nèi)，經(jīng)過兩次粉碎分級，使產(chǎn)品的粒度較細(xì)，粒度分布較窄，質(zhì)量較好。

1、 內(nèi)襯采用超硬耐磨材料的特殊鑲嵌結(jié)構(gòu)大大提高了氣流粉碎機的使用壽命及粉碎效果。

2、 產(chǎn)品細(xì)度高：d90=0.3~10μm，粒度分布窄且無大顆粒。

3、 粉磨效率高，能耗低，比其它類型氣流磨節(jié)能 30％；

4、 采用 Al2O3、SiC或  Pu（钚）作易磨損件，磨耗低，產(chǎn)品受污染少，可加工無鐵質(zhì)污染的粉體產(chǎn)品和莫氏 9 級的物料，特別適用于氯化法鈦白粉的生產(chǎn)；

5、 結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、噪音小、成本相對較低。

6、 ZJ蒸氣雙噴扁平汽流粉碎機采用導(dǎo)管自動分級，使用過熱蒸汽為粉碎工質(zhì)時，很容易實現(xiàn)。

7、 粉碎腔內(nèi)襯采用**耐磨抗沖擊耐磨材料，運用特殊鑲嵌可緩沖結(jié)構(gòu)，有效克服了耐磨材料易碎裂的問題，使其使用壽命得到**。
