業(yè)內(nèi)人士估計(jì)，在政策強(qiáng)力推動(dòng)下，“十三五”期間VOCs治理市場將迎來爆發(fā)式增長，市場規(guī)模預(yù)計(jì)將**過1500億元。中國環(huán)境保護(hù)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)廢氣凈化**秘書長郝鄭平表示，隨著各重點(diǎn)行業(yè)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的陸續(xù)頒布實(shí)施，以及VOCs排污收費(fèi)制度的制定，VOCs的治理行業(yè)將進(jìn)入發(fā)展快車道。

*環(huán)保聯(lián)合會(huì)秘書長張永紅指出，VOCs治理與監(jiān)測行業(yè)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入發(fā)展的快車道，預(yù)計(jì)VOCs治理市場將迎來新一輪的爆發(fā)式增長。但由于國內(nèi)VOCs的治理工作起步較晚，目前VOCs治理行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)還不完善，嚴(yán)重缺乏專業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍，市場上存在低價(jià)競爭等現(xiàn)象。

另外根據(jù)*機(jī)構(gòu)調(diào)研，處于起步階段的VOCs市場，小企業(yè)多，水平參差不齊，且受到配套政策不完善、付費(fèi)主體支付能力弱等問題的掣肘，仍需要**、企業(yè)、第三方等進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)。由于目前我國VOCs治理與監(jiān)測市場的技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備與立法尚不健全，市場仍處于藍(lán)海階段。

信達(dá)證券研報(bào)認(rèn)為，由于中國尚未建立VOCs污染企業(yè)的源清單，源頭減排剛剛起步。2017年-2018年VOCs治理的市場空間主要是兩部分，一部分為石油化工、包裝印刷工業(yè)園區(qū)和重點(diǎn)VOCs監(jiān)管企業(yè)的監(jiān)測設(shè)備投入；另一部分為重點(diǎn)企業(yè)自行或者委托第三方實(shí)施的VOCs回收和末端治理的投入。預(yù)計(jì)2017年-2018年VOCs監(jiān)測和治理的市場空間約為438億元。
