蒸汽鍋爐定期檢驗(yàn)的分類和各自的檢驗(yàn)周期技術(shù)性探討
在役鍋爐的定期檢驗(yàn)分為：外部檢驗(yàn)、內(nèi)部檢驗(yàn)和**壓實(shí)驗(yàn)。
各自周期為：
（1）外部檢驗(yàn)：每年不少于一次。
（2）內(nèi)部檢驗(yàn)：結(jié)合每次大修進(jìn)行，其檢驗(yàn)內(nèi)容應(yīng)列入太康鍋爐有限公司鍋爐年度大修計(jì)劃。新投產(chǎn)鍋爐運(yùn)行一年后應(yīng)進(jìn)行**內(nèi)部檢驗(yàn)。
（3）**壓試驗(yàn)：一般兩次大修進(jìn)行一次（根據(jù)設(shè)備具體技術(shù)狀況，經(jīng)上級(jí)鍋爐壓力容器安全監(jiān)察機(jī)構(gòu)同意可適當(dāng)延長(zhǎng)或縮短**壓實(shí)驗(yàn)間隔時(shí)間）。**壓實(shí)驗(yàn)可結(jié)合大修進(jìn)行，列入大修的特殊項(xiàng)目。

Regular inspection of the boiler in service can be divided into: the external inspection, internal inspection and overpressure experiments.
Each cycle as follows:
(1) the external inspection: no less than once a year.
(2) internal inspection: combining each overhaul, the inspection items shall be included in the annual overhaul plan of boiler of minzhu boiler co., LTD. One year after the new production of boiler operation should be the internal inspection for the first time.
(3) the overpressure test: general overhaul a twice (according to the specific technical equipment status, with the approval of the superior boiler pressure vessel safety supervision organization can extend or shorten the overpressure experimental time interval). Overpressure experiment can be combined with the overhaul, included in the overhaul of the special projects.
