• 普萊克斯與林德同意合并 工業(yè)氣體成員將誕生

  12月21日訊 據(jù)報(bào)道，德國(guó)公司林德（Linde）與美國(guó)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手普萊克斯（Praxair ，PX）周二就潛在的合并達(dá)成一致，該交易或創(chuàng)造出**較大的工業(yè)氣體公司，合并后**為666億美元。 林德周二稱(chēng)，這樁交易將是一項(xiàng)對(duì)等合并，年協(xié)同效益約為10億美元。不過(guò)林德同時(shí)提醒稱(chēng)，目前的協(xié)議是不具約束力的，交易較終也可能不會(huì)完成。 林德與普萊克斯在9月終止了此**輪的合并談判，部分原因在于林德的勞工代表
