	自今年1月1日起，新《大氣污染防治法》便開始正式實(shí)施了。與之前相比，新法對(duì)破壞環(huán)境的行為懲戒較加嚴(yán)厲。按新法內(nèi)容未照規(guī)定使用污染防治設(shè)施的，除了責(zé)令改正外，較多能處20萬(wàn)元以下的罰款，如果拒不改正的，將責(zé)令停產(chǎn)整治。
