10月27日，楚天時報記者來到團風(fēng)縣臨江路旁的錦繡山河小區(qū)。該小區(qū)位于團風(fēng)縣城南工業(yè)園邊緣，與工業(yè)園之間只隔著一條公路，有住戶460多家。
