	耐高溫套管高品質(zhì)質(zhì)量


	耐高溫套管由高品質(zhì)無堿玻璃纖維紗編織成管后，涂以**耐高溫硅樹脂經(jīng)高溫處理而成。耐高溫套管具有阻燃、隔熱、保溫、抗電、柔軟等性能。耐高溫套管主要應(yīng)用于鋼鐵廠、冶煉廠、玻璃廠、消防設(shè)備、大型變壓場(chǎng)所等高溫場(chǎng)所的電纜絕緣保護(hù)。


	 高溫防護(hù)套管廣泛應(yīng)用于電力、化工、冶金、船舶、機(jī)械制造及其它行業(yè)的高溫區(qū)域;冶金企業(yè)加熱區(qū)電纜、流體管路、進(jìn)給快換接頭、軋制區(qū)輥道、軋機(jī)電纜、油管;鋸切周邊電纜、油管及接頭;鋼包車電纜包覆等等領(lǐng)域.


	 耐高溫套管性能測(cè)試：


	 高溫折曲測(cè)試


	 在260℃之恒溫爐中加熱48小時(shí)后表面無老化破裂或涂膜表層無剝離現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生


	 低溫折曲測(cè)試


	 在-70℃之恒溫爐中加熱1小時(shí)后表面無破裂或涂膜表層無剝離現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生。


	 涂膜被覆測(cè)試


	 經(jīng)恒溫爐連續(xù)使用測(cè)試后無表面脫落或溶解現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生。


	 燃燒測(cè)試


	 難燃自熄及無自燃現(xiàn)象(符合UL"VW-1"
and CSA "HFS" 測(cè)試)


	 阻燃性測(cè)試


	 燃燒速度不小于45s/25mm —-
SRG-1-7kv SRG-1-4kv，(電機(jī)絕緣等級(jí)可達(dá)到比H較高的C等級(jí))


	 常態(tài)較低絕緣破壞電壓 7.0 kv /min 4.0 kv / min


	 常態(tài)平均絕緣破壞電壓 10.0 kv/ min 7.0 kv / min

	 High temperature resistant casing made of
high -quality E-glass fiber yarn woven into a tube and coated with high
temperature resistant silicone resin by organic high temperature. High
temperature resistant casing with fire retardant, insulation, anti- electric ,
soft properties. High temperature resistant casing mainly used in steel plants,
