濰坊風尚米蘭能耗監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的應用

    統(tǒng)計顯示,我國建筑能耗約占全國總能耗的28%,在我國每年新建的20億平方米建筑中,其中99%是高能耗建筑;而既有的建筑中,僅有4%采取了節(jié)能措施,具有巨大的節(jié)能空間,能耗監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)推廣已經勢在必行。節(jié)能降耗,計量**。

    建筑配電箱里的安科瑞DTSD1352電能表均接入Acrel-5000能耗監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),對電能消耗的情況進行監(jiān)管,隨時掌握能耗情況,提高節(jié)能意識。

    The Acrel DTSD1352 electric energy meters in the building distribution box are all connected to the Acrel-5000 energy consumption monitoring system to supervise the electric energy consumption, keep abreast of the energy consumption, and improve the awareness of energy saving.

    3. 系統(tǒng)架構 Structure

    安科瑞Acrel-5000能耗分析管理系統(tǒng)以工作站主機、通訊設備、測控單元為基本工具為大型公共建筑的實時數據采集及遠程管理提供了基礎平臺,它可以和其他樓宇自動化系統(tǒng)進行數據轉發(fā)構成復雜的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該能耗系統(tǒng)主要采用分層分布式計算機網絡結構,如系統(tǒng)結構圖所示

    通過系統(tǒng)主界面可以反映各分店用能各分類能耗和折算為標準煤的綜合能耗,并計算單位面積能耗。

    4.2 分項用電數據統(tǒng)計 Itemized electricity consumption data statistics

    將電耗進行逐時、逐日、逐月、逐年統(tǒng)計。統(tǒng)計數據采用餅圖、柱狀圖、線圖、區(qū)域圖等各種圖形展示方式,直觀反映各項統(tǒng)計數據的數值、趨勢和分布情況。

    The system makes hourly, daily, month-by-month and year-by-year statistics of power consumption.The statistical data are presented by pie chart, bar chart, line chart, area chart and other graphics, which can directly reflect the value, trend and distribution of various statistical data.


    4.3 用電支路趨勢分析 Trend analysis of branch circuit 

    統(tǒng)計各區(qū)域、各設備電能消耗,準確定位用電消耗回路,制定節(jié)能績效考核制度,推動節(jié)能降耗的有效執(zhí)行。為用能設備建立運行記錄檔案,長期跟蹤記錄設備運行過程中的能效分析評估結果,結合設備維護保養(yǎng)記錄,為設備的運行維護提供依據。

    將各種類型和各主要耗能設備的能耗與去年同期值和上月值進行同比環(huán)比分析,檢驗節(jié)能效果,根據分析結果執(zhí)行節(jié)能績效考核,以及節(jié)能目標的修正。

    將能源類型、負載類型、區(qū)域能耗按照時間區(qū)分,按時、天、月、年、工作日、非工作日等對用能數據進行對比分析,掌握能源具體消耗情況。可將每天用能按時段設置峰、平、谷,統(tǒng)計各時段能耗,降低閑時能耗。

    4.6 電能數據實時監(jiān)測和預警 Real-time monitoring and early warning of electric power data

    通過高精度智能儀表以技術手段實現自動化全實時、高密度的實時用能監(jiān)測,減少用能的計量誤差。實時監(jiān)視現場儀表的回傳數據,對電能進行合理的管控和預警,及時發(fā)現并改正運行中存在的用電異常,隨時處理。按需設置重要設備的**標預警值,**標時醒目提醒并主動記錄。

    Automatic real-time and high-density real-time energy-using monitoring can be realized by high-precision intelligent instrument with technical means to reduce the measurement error of energy-using.

    Monitor the back data of the field instruments in real time, control and warn the electric energy reasonably, find and correct the abnormal electricity in the operation in time, and deal with it at any time.
