Position 1 : Concept phase 
1 ：概念階段
The concept phase consists of the following activities: 
本階段包括下列事項：
? Inspection and review of the Safety Plan and Verification and Validation Plan (V&V Plan) for
compliance with the requirements of IEC 61508 and IEC 61513
依據(jù) IEC 61508 及 IEC61513的要求， 針對安全計劃和 V&V 計劃進行檢驗和審核
? Inspection and review of the functional and safety related specification of the product
針對產(chǎn)品的功能和安全相關(guān)的需求規(guī)范進行檢驗和審核
? Assessment of the planned measures to avoid faults (QM) during the various phases of the
product life cycle, especially during the development process
對計劃的措施進行評估， 以避免在產(chǎn)品生命周期各階段， 尤其是開發(fā)階段中可能出現(xiàn)的失效
? Inspection and assessment of the planned measures for the detection and control of faults
(diagnostic measures)

? Inspection of an FMEA on structural level

Position 2: Main approval 
2：主檢階段 The main approval phase consists mainly of the following steps:

? Test of all safety related functions, analysis of the functionality

? Test and verification of the measures for the detection and control of faults in HW and SW C If
included software)

? Review of the FMEA for subsystems

? Inspection of the SW-verification tests (module, integration and system tests) performed by the

? Assessment of the applied measures for the avoidance of faults (QM) during the product life
cycle, especially during the development process (check lists)

The certification will be made by the certification authority based on the test report.
