解決燃氣鍋爐缺水事故的方法
The ways to solve gas boiler water shortage accident
1 symbol:

2原因：
2.1給水自動失靈。
2.2監(jiān)視水位不當或誤操作。
2.3給水閥門故障。
2.4水位計指示偏高，發(fā)生誤操作。
2.5給水泵故障，給水壓力下降。
2.6排污門嚴重泄漏，水冷壁、省煤器管爆破。
3 water treatment:

3.6 after cause water shortages have been eliminated by comprehensive examination think boiler no damage, slow water according to the value of long order to ignition.
3缺水的處理：
3.1當發(fā)出低水位報警信號時，應查看水位表和有關(guān)表計，做出正確判斷。
3.2如給水自動失靈，應改手動并加大給水并聯(lián)系熱工處理，如有排污工
作應立即停止。
3.3若給水壓力低，應提高給水壓力，同時適當降低汽壓或降低給水溫度。
3.4如采取上述措施無效，應立即匯報值長，降低鍋爐負荷。
3.5如汽包水位繼續(xù)下降到-300mm，延時1秒，MFT保護動作，按緊急停爐處理。
3.6缺水原因查明消除后，經(jīng)全面檢查認為鍋爐無損壞時，按值長令緩慢上水重新點火。
