設(shè)備到現(xiàn)場．接到書面通知，國外客戶簽證辦好，24小時(shí)內(nèi)派工程技術(shù)人員出發(fā)，負(fù)責(zé)全套設(shè)備的安裝、調(diào)試，并在現(xiàn)場培訓(xùn)用戶的有關(guān)操作、維修人員，待客戶的技術(shù)人員能獨(dú)立操作該設(shè)備后離開現(xiàn)場。

本公司所生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品保修期為一年．
     1、在保修期使用范圍之內(nèi)正常使用情況下出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題由供貨方負(fù)責(zé)免費(fèi)修理或更換．
     2、由于不正常操作或其它不正常的情況下出現(xiàn)的設(shè)備損壞，供方有償進(jìn)行修復(fù)更換(僅收成本費(fèi))．
    ◆接到用戶通知(傳真形式)設(shè)備出現(xiàn)異常．在省范圍內(nèi)．24 小時(shí)之內(nèi)派安裝維修人員出發(fā)；在外地較遠(yuǎn)的地方．在接到通知后第二天出發(fā)。 (如有特殊情況再與用戶商量．) 
    ◆按IS09001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及用戶服務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)．  

    ◆糾紛解決．雙方本著友好協(xié)作的態(tài)度．協(xié)商解決工程問題．共同對直接用戶負(fù)責(zé)．

對新用戶每年進(jìn)行定期的跟蹤回訪服務(wù)，對老   戶進(jìn)行不定期的跟蹤回訪服務(wù)，了解用戶所需，解決用戶所難。

 

After-sales service：

New user per year to periodically return visit to old, tracking service users don't regularly visit the tracking service, understand customer need, solve the difficult.
